Customers initiating exchanges due to manufacturing issue must do so within 30 days from the date of delivery. The exchanged item must undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets acceptable condition standards. In case of any issues with the exchanged item, customers are required to provide photos for review. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unblemished. Shipping costs for the exchanged item are waived, and there is no 15% restocking fee applied. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Refunds for price differences will be issued if applicable.
