Our return policy requires customers to initiate returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies to returned items. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unblemished. Refunds will be processed after the board undergoes a quality inspection to ensure it is in acceptable condition. We strongly advise customers to insure their return shipments for added security, as Mamma Mangia will not be liable for damages or loss incurred during return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
